Placing an order
At VAPOSECT.com you can easily place an order in a few steps:
Navigate to the desired product and click on ‘Add to cart’;
You will now be redirected to the shopping cart. Here you can complete the order via ‘Complete order’ or continue shopping; You will now be taken to the progress of your order. Here you can enter the delivery address to which your order must be shipped.
By clicking on ‘Next step’ you can select the desired shipping method and payment method;
At the end, you can check the order; Click on ‘Place order’ and pay for the order via the chosen payment method.
Order status tracking
We will keep you informed of the progress of your order. This way you will receive a confirmation when the payment has been received and when the order has been shipped.
All orders are shipped via DHL.
As soon as an order is sent, you will immediately receive an email from DHL that the package is on its way with a track & trace code so that you can follow the process in its entirety.
Cancel order
If you want to cancel your order or a product from it, you can email our customer service at e-mail address info@vaposect.com.
We will refund the amount due as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after dissolution, provided that the product has been returned in good order, or you have demonstrated that the products have been returned. We advise you to return the package by registered mail and to keep the proof of shipment.
This allows you to claim a possible missing person from your carrier and prove that the package has been shipped.
Order cancelled by VAPOSECT.com
Orders are cancelled manually or automatically in our system for various reasons. If this is the case with you, you will be automatically notified. In the event of a cancelled order, your payment obligation will expire or you will receive the amount already paid back.
An item or an order is cancelled for a variety of reasons
The item is not available. The order has not been paid after 14 days.
You have placed two orders with the same content, one of which is paid, and one is not paid.
Before cancellation, you will always be informed about the steps you can take to avoid cancellation.
If, in your opinion, the order has been wrongly cancelled or if there is uncertainty about the cause of this, you can contact our customer service.
Pay
All prices on the website include VAT.
Invoices will be sent to you by e-mail. If you have lost an invoice, you can request it again by contacting customer service info@vaposect.com.
Warranties and defects
Damage upon delivery, the products of VAPOSECT.com are carefully packed and checked. However, it is possible that you do not receive a product in good condition.
If this happens, please report this to us within five working days. You can do this by sending an e-mail to info@vaposect.com.
Please note: please send some photos of the damage. Based on the photos, we try to find a suitable solution.
Guarantee
Of course we use the legal guarantee for VAPOSECT.com. The moment you buy a product from us, you can assume that this product is good.
Is something wrong? We make sure that we solve it neatly for you by sending new products or repairing the defect.
Suggestions and complaints
Suggestions: We are always open to suggestions and will treat them with care to make our services even better. If you have any suggestions, we would like to receive them on info@vaposect.com.
Complaints: We do everything we can to handle your order with the utmost care.
However, if you have a complaint about our services, we would like to hear from you to learn from them and improve our services. If you believe that one of our employees has not treated you properly, if you are not satisfied with the processing of your order, or if you are dissatisfied with something else, please let us know.
You can email your complaint to info@vaposect.com As soon as we have received the complaint, we will send you a confirmation. In the event of a complaint, please include your name, address and customers and order number so that we can process the complaint as quickly and effectively as possible. Our aim is to respond to your complaint within one week.
